I had my front break pads replaced 2 days ago, just this night I observed my right breaklight are still on even engine is shutdown and key is turned off...what could be the possible wiring problem, i did not want my battery to be drained so I pulled the fuse and leave the car at home, I work at night. Thanks for your inputs....

Check if left side brake bulb is busted(filament), if yes there's a possibility that your brake switch(located above brake pedal-lever) was jammed.

most probable cause is the brake light switch shorted out

Malamang nadurog na yang parang grommet sa taas ng brake pedal. You can buy one sa auto shop, pwede DIY yan, less than P50 lang each.

yes, break pedal switch check first and WD40 is your remedy. moisture and rust are the most common source. my guess

do you mean isang side lang ang nakailaw? so hindi brake switch ang problem pag yung isa lang ang nakailaw. electrical problem sa wire, bulb or sa lamp assembly malamang.

yeah, it's the brake pedal switch. nothing to do with the pads being replaced naman... just replace the plastic/rubber portion and it should be ok.

    also happened to me before.

I fixed mine using a peso coin and a double sided tape.
