    yung luma kong battery..

pwede ko kaya ma refund yung binayad ko thru card?

Nope, I don't think you can refund the newly-purchased. Maybe sell it at a discount to recoup some of your cash for the new battery.

You can't sell the replacement battery at full price since technically it no longer has a full warranty.

nangyari sa akin yan dati, na dr-drain ang battery ko so dinala ko sa motolite dealer and then after x days binalik ulit sakn may kasamang findings na good pa naman daw ang battery. so, depende yan sa findings ng motolite kung i-grant ung warranty.

    Hello Friends,
    Read it...

The patient says, "Doctor, I have a pain in my eye whenever I drink tea."
The doctor says, "Take the spoon out of the mug before you drink."
    mug = cup
The patient says, "Doctor, you've got to help me. Nobody ever listens to me. No one ever pays any attention to what I have to say.
    The doctor says, "Next, please."

the motolite outlet i go to, has computerized records of their sales. you can ask for your record even if you do not have the receipt anymore.
what i can suggest, is to go to the store again, present your case, and see if they can do something about it.
definitely, you won't receive a centavo's refund if you limit your inquiries to this thread only..

Or at least keep the receipt inside your glove box.

+1 This is what I do as well.

Better go to the Motolite Outlet where you bought the battery. Same outlet ba where you bought the old battery?
