May ticking sound ang relay ng radiator fan ko, does it mean bad na yung relay? Parang kuryenteng tumatalon ang sound pero working naman ang rad fan ko.

a3n3as,
the relay is an electromechanical device and everytime the power circuit makes contact between the power source terminal and the load terminal, a mechanical action ensues thus you hear the click. this is perfectly normal and if you are bothered by this clicking noise, you can opt for a power transistor to do this job without the electromechanical action nor the click.
