nangyari na din sa akin yan bro. although ma-rerepair pa yan, sisirain yung gitna, so kailangan mo pa din ipagawa. and that costs more than the costs of a new aftermarket or a used or surplus steering wheel.

If you do buy any Momo steering wheel, keep in mind you have to pay an additional PhP1700 for the steering wheel adaptor.

The cheaper ones such as the Tuner cost PhP4900 for the S/W only. There are other Momo designs that sell for around that price (Monte Carlo, Race, etc.).
I got my Fighter S/W for PhP7,000 from Autoline in Makati. Add PhP1,500 for the adapter, and my total bill was PhP8,500 last December. Not everyone likes it, but the Fighter goes well with my Jazz's dimpled stock gear lever and handbrake.
You can even look for replacement horn buttons; sa Honda Club Phils. may nagbebenta nyan kung ayaw mo ng Momo na horn button
How about 97 LXi?
