since yours appears to be grey market, i am not even sure if the fuse placement is the same as the local ones here..
but what you can start doing in the meantime, is to trace the wiring of them foglights. check the bulbs.. check the sockets, the connectors..

you wont miss it.. when you reach a caltex station.. its not far from there..and besides there are always starex vans and other korean cars always there..
