Whats the best headlight bulb to use on a 99 accord, replacement brand with better reach, all weather, and brighter beam ?

Hi beam is HB3
Lo beam is HB4

Any idea on price and where available?

My headlights are a bit weak already.

Just make sure it's the bulbs that are weak if you're going to replace them, and the headlight assembly lenses are not just dirty. Pwede mo naman ipalinis yon. Kasi pag nagpalit ka ng bulb tapos mahina pa, then the assemblies are in need of cleaning.
