lahat yata ng brand new cars ay maroon ECU dahil puro EFI na.

ang alam ko na walang ECU ay iyong naka carburator (walang EFI).

    how about the Urvan?

The pang negosyo/kabuhayan variants of your favorite pickup/van should be ECU-free i guess. Then there's the L300

You planning to buy one sir? i'm having the same dilemma: on one hand, the simpler things are, the more reliable and less expensive to maintain, kaso you'll inherit the old problems associated with it(e.g. fuel economy, emissions)...on the other hand, you can get a more modern ride with all sorts of technology and electronics that will essentially make you dependent on the casa.
