Speed up or slow down? The switch is a basic on/off switch so it cannot be adjusted. It's either on or it's not. As dirt and grime gradually build up on the tracks, the window has a tendency to become slower.

Yung sa Fortuner kasi mabagal talaga when compared sa ibang vehicles namin (CR-V, Lancer and Innova). I don't think it's the dirt and grime this time kasi 1 week old pa lang.

i just put armor-all on the rubber tracks... may nag-suggest mas maganda daw i-spray ng wd40 pero di ko pa na-try ito...

you can use armor all or silicone spray on the glass run channels to improve the
    smoothness of your power windows.

from experience, wd40 is a bad choice for this application. oo sa una, magiging madulas sya, pero natutuyo agad yung chemical and the problem comes back quickly.

White lithium grease also works. Or powdered graphite, kasi it's a dry lubricant.

    Thanks for the replies guys.

marven28: Hehehe. Hindi naman siguro. Kasi I waited 3 days to get the unit from their plant in Laguna. Wala na kasi daw stock sa Makati nung gusto kong color. Hehe. And assuming matagal na sya naka 'stock' dun sa planta, how long could that have been? A couple of weeks at the most, before it gets shipped out to the various dealers.
