    THE DIESELCLUB.ORG FIRST FUN RUN IS NOW IN FULL SWING...

    The following items are needed to address and be prepared.


    1.) FRS Radios - All members with Handheld radios are requested to bring there units for the Fun Run. the more the merrier.. Sir Afrasay will check and will provide the call signs and the frequency

    2.) It is also agreed that the meeting place is SHELL SLEX right after Alabang Filinvest Exit and before Susana Exit. the place of parking is at infront of CINABON and KFC.

    3.) Waiting time will start at 7:00 AM and will last up to 7:45AM this can be extended if the the traffice situation at BICUTAN exit is HEAVY but as such this is tentative.
    3.1) Those who requested to be wait will have to call OTEP or text to finalize please advise us the following details :

    Your Handle and the location as of this time

    i.e. PLEASE WAIT FOR ME AM AT SUCAT EXIT AS OF 7:15. - BOKNOY

    4.) While waiting for others it is advised that you take your breakfast or do a take out and visit your friendly comfort room once the fun run is on going there will be no stopping unless someone has accidentally peed in his/her pants.

    5.) P.R.O and VP will place your car number print outs in your car once you confirmed your attendance. please be advised that during fun runs you cannot go skipping numbers.

    6.) Please be advised that the food consumables will be KKB.

    7.) It is further agreed that we will leave at exactly 7:45 and will take the CALAMBA route. those people who will request that they will wait at the different exits will have to coordinate with the group on where and what time will be passing... that exit
    7.1) we will take the Star tollway route and to talisay-tagaytay route.

    8.) Please have your cars check prior to this trip.

    Will wait for you guys at Star Tollway Entry point at Sto. Tomas, Batangas. Will text/call master OTEP or master BoknoyXUVi2003 or master Bulldog.

    additional suggestion. Set tayo ng max speed para di magka-iwanan. I propose 90 kph. baka magkarerahan kayo sa Startollway. :D

    Meron ba emergency/first aid team? sana meron.

    I suggest I-assign na sino lead vehicle at sino tail vehicle/sweeper who should also be the medical/first aid vehicle.

    The Pajero equipped with a first aid kit, medical bag and automotive fire extinguisher. As well as tow cables, jumper cables, and other stuff.

    Lead vehicle si bulldog siyempre.

    Para sa mga walang FRS radios, magdala na lang kayo ng 3pcs. AAA or AA size batteries.


    Matanong ko lang, final na ba yang Shell SLEX meeting point? Di na Petron as bulldog previous post?

    I can meet you guys at 9am Star Tollway Sto. Tomas entrace point on Saturday so I could lead the way up the Star Tollway-Talisay-Tagaytay route. Will just ask permission to leave the conference early.
