Optra 2006 fog lights

Hi fellow Optra owners.

Ask ko lang kung naexperience nyo na magpa repair/replace ng fog light (the entire kit, not just the bulb). Nagmo-moist kasi yung right fog lamp

If yes where and how much repair/replace

May nakatry din ba sa inyo magreplace nung mga 3rd party LED fog lights?
