    gulat lang ako last Friday.
while i was walking around Festival Mall alabang, i noticed a display ng Chery Tiggo dun sa may exhibition area. so nilapitan ko, and to my surprise, Mitsu ang makina nya. Parehong pareho ng makina ng pizza ko.

May tie-up ba ang Mitsu tsaka Chery on this?

Styling by Toyota... Engines by Mitsubishi... Napaka-Chopsuey!

akala ko they engines are from a so-called "ACTECO" company in europe???!!!

*1D4LV or anyone out there... does the 1.6 indicate if it is a 4G92 or 4G18? thanks...

Mitsubishi's cyclone engine, the one used in the pizza pie was extensively used by Mitsubishi. It was the same engine used for some Galant and Pajero Models with some slight modifications.

This is good news for m= pizza pie lancer! It means that in the future, if the parts become harder to find, we can actually substitute Chery parts Of course, hopefully by then, China made parts would have earned an improved reputation.

The Mitsu engines are licensed to Chery or whatever company that builds the engines for them. Same as Mercedes Benz licensing engines to Ssangyong.
