Betterliving subdivision in Bicutan

Dun po sa mga nakatira sa Betterliving subdivision, tanong ko lang kung bahain yung area, and how's the security, traffic, etc. any tips po ay appreciated. Naghahanap po kasi kami ng bagong house and lot, nagrerent lang kasi kami. Napili ko tumingin sa betterliving kasi dun yung maraming new houses na for sale.

Hello po! Meron pong binbaha at meron naman pong hindi. Yung main road po sa tapat ng tindahan ng motolite battery lumulubog po doon ng malalim pag tag-ulan. Why not try Marcelo Green Village or Severina Subdivision also. It's near Betterliving pero mas maraming mataas na areas.

i live near the area and traffic is bad lalo na rush hour sa morning. youll spend half of your travel time just to reach the bicutan intersection (depending on what part of betterliving you live). in terms of security, marami kasi subdivision sa loob ng betterliving so it really depends.

its not bad to live in betterliving, just ask the neighbors kung bumaha sa area during ondoy or heavy rains. sa security naman just look around the area na gusto bilin na house. alam mo na naman kung ok or not sa mga tao makikita dun. hehe

ok yung sabi ni maam LR, marcelo green village and severina less flood spots than betterliving.

Thanks. Actually, ang main concern ko lang sa baha yung hindi papasok sa bahay, although hindi ko pa naranasan yun even nung ondoy, ayaw ko ma-experience. Daanan ko rin yang Marcelo at Severina on Sunday.

How about Sun Valley? Some areas there got flooded though. Tingin ko naman kahit saan village. Kuha ka lang sa area na mataas.
