Warren Buffett thinks you should buy his stock Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK-A ) (NYSE: BRK-B ) this year. And you'd be smart to listen to him. Here's why.

The first five-year lag
Much has been made of the reality that, for the first time in its history, Berkshire Hathaway saw its growth in book value trail the S&P 500 over a five-year period.

As a result, many have questioned if Buffett has finally lost it, and others believe Berkshire Hathaway should be cast aside for different compelling investments. Yet, such a plan would be a terrible idea.

During the true market cycle from 2007 to 2013, Berkshire outperformed the S&P 500, and Buffett noted, "through full cycles in future years, we expect to do that again." Yet, Buffett added a critical distinction about what to truly expect from Berkshire Hathaway.

ang problem, since W.Buffett is already well-known, maskina hindi naman talaga iincrease stocks niyan, anything he recommends marami paring bibili which will drive the stock high. parang broker lang yan eh, maskina wala silang gawing study, if nagrecommend sila buy this stock marami paring bibili ng recommendation nila. pero worth a look parin hehe too bad im only on phil stocks, wala ba siyang recommendation sa local stocks natin? lol

His BRK-A stock is trading at $190,766 per share! Thats about 8.5M pesos a share! I dont have that kind of cash lying around!
His BRK-B stock is trading at $127 per share. Does anyone know the difference between his A and B shares?

The B shares have 1/1500th of the rights of the A shares but has 1/10,000 of the voting rights. Class A shares is also convertible to Class B shares any time but it can't be done vice-versa.
