    Hi guys,
    My friend is currently looking for a condominium for rent near ortigas. She's from paranaque kasi and toll & fuel costs are killing her.

    Budget niya is around 10k kasama na parking. Kung below the price much better.

    Kung sino man may alam...pls help.

    10k? try nya sa cityland shaw or pioneer, meron dun tig 8k/month pero parking ata is 3k

    cityland.net bro pero walang rental dun... Yung binanggit ko na presyo pang rental talaga yun. Sa santolan kasi 700k to 800k yung studio pwede 10% dp then mga more or less 12k /mo in 10 years ganun labanan dun. Pag 1-2 BR mga P1M-1.2M naman

Ortigas condominium
