    I'm planning to put up this business sa area namin. Meyron na akong nakitang puwesto which is actually a former beerhouse, close na siya ngayon dahil the owner migrated to Japan. Location wise imo is not a problem as it is located in Poblacion area. Protection/Padulas is not a problem as well (meyron na kaming ninong...he...he..). The area is not that big but there are 6 VIP rooms, 2 sa baba and 4 sa taas. The rent is very reasonable, I could say cheap... Pang masa sana ang gusto kong set-up, puwedeng sa mga tricycke driver sa labas and a little class sa mga VIP rooms. Bare ngayon yung lugar dahil pinagbili ng owner lahat ng laman pati mga ceiling lights, aircons, etc.. No bold shows, only karaoke's and beers and pulutans and ***y girls. However, there is a new city ordinance that all VIP rooms should not have any doors or locked doors, puwede siguro curtain lang. I don't know if this will affect the demand of the VIP rooms. Any comments peeps..

    wag ka mag curtain sa VIP rooms, mag tint ka na lang sa windows...i dont know ano tawag sa ganon...bsta di kita ang loob ng room pero kita ang labas once you're inside...are you sure karaoke lang? no hunky funky sa loob ng room? hehehe :-)

    dapat may main stage ka din for karaoke din aside frm VIP rooms....

    ala po problema. mey discount lahat ng tsikooters basta mey sticker yung sasakyan niyo na tsikot.com as proof. Kung ala pa kayo sticker, PM niyo sir Chieffy....he...he...

    thanks sa tip. yup, maglalagay ako niyan. One-Way-Mirror yata yung sinasabi mo pero I don't know if it's accepted by the new Ordinance.

    medyo demanding sa oras yan. from pamamalengke sa umaga hanggang sa closing sa madaling araw. be prepared na tututukan mo talaga, lalo na sa simula.

    Sakit ng ulo yan, lalo na pag may costumer na ayaw bitawan ang mike. At kung may kumanta ng "deadliest" song of all time "My Way".
