    Ever since their supposed security upgrades, BPI Bank has been offline for more than 24 hours now.

    ATMs do not allow withdrawals or even balance inquiries.

    Even OTC transactions are limited to deposits only.

    This is quite disconcerting for people like me who depend on online payments to do business. I've already lost some money because of this not so minor inconvenience.

    Does anybody have any solid info on what's going on? Tried asking bank personnel but they keep saying the same rehearsed lines.

    No reason; Blackout of information.

    I missed a scheduled payment (and missed the credit card date cut-off) because of this...

    Oh well... I needed to pay using another bank in a jiffy (after realizing this...)

    Also, our company's salary payments cannot be transacted; and how can the employees withdraw their money???

    Real pain...

    We just got an email from HR that our salary might not be credited tomorrow. We don't sweldo on Monday so dapat bukas na. Once a month pa naman salary namin.

    Maybe they should hire a whole new set of IT Kawawa on FB those saying they can't settle their bills. Pero bakit din naman kasi nasa isang bank lang lahat ng cash

    I'm thinking what bank other than BDO kaya maganda

    cathey ano nagyari na sa ayala mo. Year 2017 pa puro kapalpakan ng bank of philippine islands. Tapos this year yung problema nila sa tubig. And dont forget sila pinakabulok gumawa parking space sa mall.

    Walang tubig, walang bangko(atm, online etc), walang data plan....

    They come in 3s.....

    Just checked this morning and the online portal is up and running but with some options still not available.

    I can check my balances but the transactions for the last few days are not included.

    Also, I can't do online transfers as of yet. I will hold off on paying any bills online for now, I will just visit my home branch for that to be sure.

    People were ranting all over the BPI Facebook page, it seemed the end of the world for some people. Bad for business.

    Monday nawala yung enrolled bills ko. Ang natira na lang syempre BPI Credit Card na lagi naman failed ang payment transaction.

    I checked today and mukhang bumalik na ang full list. Will hold off paying bills muna until it stabilizes. Puro Globe pa naman pending.

    Sa amin,- until now, hindi pa rin maipasok ang sweldo... Wala pa akong notice from bpi to approve the salary entries in bizlink....
