egg production

i have a relative who went into egg production last year. Natuwa naman kami 'coz they were able to sell a few batches already, and were set to expand this year. Kaso lang, they seem to have a lot of inventory -- i.e. unsold eggs -- right now. They've already tried selling it to the farther-off towns, but generally mahina daw ang bentahan.

Any ideas on what to do with the eggs? Right now they're talking to some bakeries who might be interested. i know in the US that some companies do process eggs into "liquid" or powdered egg, am just wondering if we have a similar facility here.

We've suggested turning them into salted eggs, but there's just too much :p
