par, talagang 15k. He was actually asking more noon. Then they decided not to rent it na lang baka raw babuyin lang. Kaso, nakatengga lang. They actually spent over 1.5M just remodelling it. Diyan sana sila re-retire kaso they bought a lot in Tagaytay so in five years, they will sell this one too para pagawa bahay sa Tagaytay.

No no. He actually showed me the pics kasi after the renovation noon. And was selling it to me noon sana. Kaso wala ako pera. Pero five years pa naman daw sila bago uuwi...
