gretzy, laser bleaching is 18,000. maganda ang result nito.. normally 10 shades lighter sa original.. meron din ung home-kit.. 12,000 naman un.. pero medyo hassle un, kasi u have to wear the mouth trays everyday for 3 hours for 5 days..

nitrox, kung isa lang P2500 sya.. normally 3 days lang makukuha mo na.. kung nag brace ka dati, you need to wear retainers for atleast a year.. otherwise, mag relapse ulit yan.. sayang ung braces.. ganyan nangyari sa mga patients ng wife ko.. nag braces dati tapos ayaw suotin ung retainers.. kaya ayun.. back to zero sila..
