PSE orders capital deficient firms to submit business plans
    http://abs-cbnnews.com/business/09/2...business-plans

In a recent review, the PSE found eight companies that were short of capital. These included AGP Industrial Corp., Apex Mining Co. Inc., Central Azucarera de Tarlac, Lodestar Investment Holdings Corp., Nexstage Inc., NiHAO Mineral Resources International Inc., Picop Resources Inc. and Unioil Resources & Holding Co.

    P3 rollback?

    now it makes sense.

    They need quick cash.
