May 11th, 2005 12:42 PM #9a word of advice from a former PM: make sure that you get to present your work to the higher-ups. if you don't do all the work, at least insist on presenting the part of the project that you're in charge of.

dito ang dami namin sa departamento....3/4 don eh pulitiko....kumikilos lang kapag me maganda ng nangyayari sa proyekto, magpapapogi sa mga bossing....kapag me problema na biglang itatanggi lahat kesyo di raw sila involve doon etc... pero kapag na-solve na at tumatakbo na ulit ng maayos eh andyan na naman at papapogi na ulit......
