papers and govt say one thing. what do you say?
for better?
or for worse?
IMO it's not getting worse nor is it getting better, I think it has been stagnant for several years now.
for me to consider the economy to be getting better is if we can consistently achieve an economic growth of between 8-10% yearly and if we can drastically and consistently reduce the economic gap between the mid-income group and the wealthy.
One thing I noticed among the consistently growing eonomies is that they have a very strong/large mid-income group.
my 2 cents.
economy is a little bit getting better because of the huge dollar remittances of our OFW. people are now staying away or ignoring the country's political issues like the overnight sessions of the lower house to change the constitution and government's overspending of the peoples' taxes.
people nowadays are focused on how to get good paying jobs abroad and how to migrate with their loveones.

the economy is slightly better (than last year) but the benefits have yet to trickle down to the lowest level of the money pyramid.
