Sa ngayon, we are no longer buying from them.

Just imagine, 10 buildings with 10 offices at 5 containers a week, that's already 500 units of container resulting to P17,500.00-P20,000.00 sales at around P35-P40 per container. You'll have an estimated P70,000.00-80,000.00 Gross Profit per month. Mga net income mo nyan before tax is around P40,000.00-P50,000.00/mo with P30,000.00 operating expense (labor, power, water, gas for delivery, miscellaneous, etc).
Wag kang mag-franchise, talo ka dun. Daming dues sa Franchisor.
Kailangan mo ng mga P400,000.00 as initial investment.
P230,000.00 - Purifying equipment (10-12 stages)
90,000.00 - Multicab
30,000.00 - Initial Rental space (2 mo. deposit, 1 mo. advance)
19,500.00 - Wages (3 employees * 6,500.00 shifting-2/day)
10,500.00 - Permits and Dues (Cityhall/Meralco/PLDT/DTI/etc)
20,000.00 - Other expenses/Miscellaneous
In less than one year, makukuha mo na ROI (return on investment) mo.
Tax nalang ang problema.
Take note, medyo conservative yung figures na 10 bldgs, 10 offices and unit price. With the right marketing, maaaring malaki pa ang kikitain mo.
(Basta wala lang agawan ng pwesto ha? Samin na Madrigal-Alabang, hehe. Joke lang.)

I have one, 5 years running. Up and down yung sales so far. It all depends on the service kasi usually customers see na parepareho lang na tubig yan basta dumaan sa machine. Its the extra malasakit you extend that spells the difference.
