    got offer from other company (double the salary).. plus some perks

    should I trade my position.. regular na rin kasi

    Related ba sa una mong trabaho, or related sa course mo yung bago mong papasukan?

    fight na yan! mga asians lang naman ata mahilig sa position. mga counterparts ko sa uk ang tatanda na pero same line of work ko lang. hehehe. senior lang in terms of experience. mukhang mga walang balak maging leads/managers. haha

    yung offer ba sayo is for regular din or contractual? pero given na 2x plus perks eh go na yan.

    naknang, tinatanong pa ba yan? double da money + perks, lipat na! a company that is willing to pay its employees more also values its employees more. e double pa yan.

    take it from someone who had jumped 3x in 5 years pare. bakit magtyatyaga sa mababa kung meron nago-offer ng mataas. follow the money!

    ito rin ang prinsipyo ko ngayon... aanhin ko ang position kung maliit naman ang kita! dagdag ko pa... gamitan lang yan lalung-lalo na sa mga katulad kong contractual, wala na yung loyalty sa kumpanya hehehe

    i agree with this and probably the smartest post in this thread, di naman pwede basta basta mag decide at masilaw ng pera. baka kunin mo nga ang mas mataas na sahod ngayon pero after 10 years yon pa din ang sahod mo.

    pero yes, maganda kung same line of work. basta hindi sobrang liit na company ok na yan. pero base on experience, mga start-up company ang malaki mag offer. kasi they need the manpower and skills mo. kelangan pa nila mag ramp up. mga big and established company medyo barat kasi sasabihin nila matagal na sila sa industry at stable na sila.

    hahha.. mga kopal talaga kayo

    nway evaluate ko pa ung company and nakausap ko na rin ung HR namin .. sinabi ko na nagbabalak mag resign ako..

    but mukhang malabong tapatan ung salary..

    bandang huli kailangan rin natin ng maraming ipon heheheh

    may ganyan din na company (competitor) kami dati. doble talaga ang bigay. pero nagdecide pa rin ako na mag stay sa currrent company ko. samantalang yung company na yun, di man lang umabot ng 1 year, nagsara din.

    kaya eto ako ngayon, pinapunta sa ibang branch (reinforcement , haha).

    mas ok pa rin kasi yung benefits ng current company ko kaya nagtyaga ako, at yun din kailangan ko. mag 5 years na ko next month.

    siguro kung nakasiksik pa ko sa magulang hanggang ngayon, matagal na ko umalis.
