What's your experience with them?
Add mo pa mga yes people. Maske walang sense. Actually, sipsip din pala yon.

I understand those who are "sipsip" as it might be their only way to hold on to a job but being "sipsip" takes a whole different perspective if you they act as a snitch to sell out their co-workers.
I can't stand those credit grabbers - people who would do anything to get recognised for things they didn't do.
There are in my company but I've never had to deal with any of their BS.
Public Enemy No. 1 in my office is this executive who bullies everybody just because he heads Finance and his usual line is "Hindi ninyo ginagawa trabaho niyo!"
As if he knows what goes on in each department.![]()
Yes and It’s everywhere not only in the offices... [emoji31]
Hi-tech na nga ngayon kasi they does it in social media and other means of communication whatsapp, viber and etc. hehehe...
I am an admitted sipsip.
Whenever I take a vacation, I always have pasalubong for my co-workers.
BUT I have an exclusive one for my boss. It's the same item though.
For example:
I buy several boxes of a delicacy of the place that I've been to and leave it in our pantry for everyone.
Then I give my boss his separate box so he could bring it home to his family.
I'm accused of being sipsip. I just know how to manage up and down without stepping on other people.![]()
Sipsip + Backstabber is a bad combination. Same as Inggitero + Tsismoso/a ... Both bad apples that don't belong to any organization or group. Behavioral issues affects the team
Poachers and credit grabbers are scums that are easy to deal with since they can be called out objectively.
yes men are stupid people that adds no value. sipsip and yes men are different.![]()
Napaka BORING naman kapag walang mga ganyan. hahaha. A team will not be complete without that kind.
