I understand those who are "sipsip" as it might be their only way to hold on to a job but being "sipsip" takes a whole different perspective if you they act as a snitch to sell out their co-workers.

I can't stand those credit grabbers - people who would do anything to get recognised for things they didn't do.

There are in my company but I've never had to deal with any of their BS.

Public Enemy No. 1 in my office is this executive who bullies everybody just because he heads Finance and his usual line is "Hindi ninyo ginagawa trabaho niyo!"

As if he knows what goes on in each department.

Every company has them. Don't let them dictate how your day would go.

    I am an admitted sipsip.

Whenever I take a vacation, I always have pasalubong for my co-workers.
BUT I have an exclusive one for my boss. It's the same item though.
    For example:
I buy several boxes of a delicacy of the place that I've been to and leave it in our pantry for everyone.
Then I give my boss his separate box so he could bring it home to his family.

I don't consider that sipsip. For me, its those people who, within earshot of everyone, continually tell the boss how great he is and how astute his decisions are. Tapos pag birthday sila taga-organize ng party para sa boss (at merong pang collection)!

I'm accused of being sipsip. I just know how to manage up and down without stepping on other people.

Sipsip + Backstabber is a bad combination. Same as Inggitero + Tsismoso/a ... Both bad apples that don't belong to any organization or group. Behavioral issues affects the team

Poachers and credit grabbers are scums that are easy to deal with since they can be called out objectively.

yes men are stupid people that adds no value. sipsip and yes men are different.

Do You Have Coworkers that are Sipsip, Backstabbers or Tsismoso/a?
