Mga malalaking space yan normally Sir, usually 150 or 200 sq. meters pataas, at hindi prime location, usually, 3rd or 4th floor ng mall. Try Metropolis Alabang, Star Mall at even yung mga SM malls sa provinces na mababa ang occupancy rate, like SM Lucena, etc. Yung mga super liit na puesto, walang bumababa sa 15T ang rent kahit na less than 10 square meters ang area.
