What do you think, will this be a good business or saturated na ang market? Also, who will be the customers, autosupply and hardware stores ba or direct to the shops?

Well, medyo saturated na ang market since this is already a mainstream product. Although you can penetrate it by offering really good discounts and by good word of mouth among satisfied customers (like what Motul did).

1.) good brand ng oil mo kasi kung hindi kilala mahirap ibenta
2.) big fund kasi mostly kalaban nagbibigay ng 60 days to 120 days.

is your brand a known brand internationally o hinde? kung hinde huwag mo nang ituloy.

if it is a known brand internationlly (meaning they also advertise internationally) then it would be easier. Pinoy's are generally "Colonial" magaisip, so the buying preference is easily influenced by products from "first-world" countries.
