How do you find real states for sale?

I've tried looking at some websites for list of real states for sale unfortunately those are almost usually outdated. Next I tried manila bulletin classified ads but I find that most of the ads are from middleman there is nearly no direct buyers. Any other way to find real states for sale? Bank foreclosure on the other hand I haven't checked yet but they say its usually much more expensive than the market price

Consult a licensed Realtor. They usually have a list of properties for sale.

Hi, you can check out skyscrapercity.com and check the Philippine Forums section. There's a lot of real estate info there especially yung mga tinatayo palang and I think marami rin brokers doon.
