helo...i'm new here...plano ku mag-franchise kya lang gus2 ko muna mka-sigurong may location ako...

i've been searching and reading posts in the net for samples or format of letter of intent for malls, pero wala ako nahanap....pls pls pls....anyone out there na may sample, pahingi nman...tska patulong naman...

-kelangan ba ilagay specifications ng space tska kung anong floor na gusto kong rentahan? kc under construction pa ung mall dito sa amin...pero they are already accepting LOI's...
-ung mgt ng malls, tinitingnan ba or nagtry ba cla ng sample ng product before nila i-approve ung lease?
-pwede ku ba ilagay sa LOI na di pa ako nag-purchase nung franchise kc gusto ku muna mka-kuha ng location?

any help would be greatly appreciated...
