Condo Maintenance fee?

need info lang? thinking of buying one

How much ba yung usual maintenance ng Condo unit sa Metro Manila (Pesos/square meter) ?

If ok lang pls state the name of the condo or just the location?

If sakaling ipa rent how much kaya?

Mahal ba yung meralco and water rate kaysa residential doon sa residential house and lot?

pareho lang water and meralco. para meron ka babayaran association dues (common use area of elevator, stairs, trash bin etc.)

starting 1k up. kung may parking slot ka pa, may association due din yan

Depende sa condo...may mga condo mahal ang kuryente at tubig....pero iilan lang naman sila....

Yung around sa manila lang kaya, yung hindi naman high end na condo like the one offered at the university towers, espana or etc.. usually daw mga 50pesos/sqm daw ang association dues.

curious lang, how much kaya yung sa mga high end condo (ayala) pesos/sqm?

i live in a condo in makati..

assoc dues meron iba nasa 1110 yung iba nasa 1400 monthly..
water consumption namin nasa 400-500monthly not higher than 550 i guess..
meralco nasa 1200-1800k ako monthly because i dont use aircon that much..

this are the fees that you pay on top of the monthly rent for the unit.. pero in our case. we own the unit so ito lang binabayaran ko monthly..

kasi gusto ko sana malaki unit pero syempre lalaki rin monthly asssociaion dues..

I own a condo in Rockwell and they charge 65petot per square meter. Since its 78sq. mtrs. they charge me 5,070.00 kaya lang tumataas yun every year!

Yung billing dumarating every month with the association dues plus ilaw, tubig at cable tv. Tapos ang insurance commission nagpataw din ng insurance every quarter ata for fire and force majure na sinasama rin sa billing! Yung phone bill lang ang separate. So you can just imagine how high umaabot ang bayarin! Grrrrrrrrrrrr! (hehehehehe)

WOW 78sqm, I can`t imagine how much you paid for your condo and at rockwell pa.

Is it safe to say that 65 pesos/sqm is the usual cost for high end condos? I really don`t have any idea regarding this things
