any suggestion kung anong magandang business to start up in the philippines? Food / restaurant bus.(mahilig kasi ako kumain) Car related bus.(mahilig din kasi ako sa tsikot) hehe.

Tatlo lang ang business na mag-susucceed sa Pinas.

1. Drug Lord - Instant millionaire, kaso bawal at punishable by death, so forget it.

2. Gambling Lord - Same sa above.

3. Praise the Lord - Heto legal. A lot of Filipinos are gullible. So easy to convince them that you have the hotline to heaven. Unlimited income regardless of the economy or political state.

Seriously, I'll go for the food/restaurant thing. Filipinos love to eat. 5 meals is the minimum for a day. On the other hand, not everybody can afford a car.

Just make it competitive sa price and of course, the food itself. Masarap dapat. That's the number one rule. Kesyo sa ibang lulapalop pa yan, basta masarap pupuntahan at pag-uusapan.

food is a good idea you only need an edge. Something that is not yet available here Sa car naman marami na kasi nandito except if you can open a shop that is not located in the usual places ex aranata or banawa.

yan ang common impression ng mga tao...sa panahon ngayon mahirap itong negosyo na ito...we've operated 2 caltex gas stations from 2000-2004...di naman ganun kalaki ang kinikita dahil kinkain na ng operating expenses yung kita mo...

maganda and food business...mahina dyan ang 100% mark up...it can go as high as 600% (classic exmpla is lugas/goto/arroz caldo)...tulad sa iba't ibang negosyo, crucial pa rin dyan ang location at siyempre kung gano kasarap pagkain mo...

for me its a food business talaga ..kasi theres no other way ang tao ...kundi kumain .talaga .kung di naman maubos ..uwi mo sa bahay or pamigay mo sa kapitbahay or mga sunog baga or street children ..nakatulong ka pa ..be sure lang na di pa panis hehehe....siempre alam mo rin ang masa mo ..kung pwede ka sa lahat ng masa ..eh di mas maganda

The basic necessity is always a good business. Dati pinagtatawanan yung water business, sino ba naman daw bibili ng tubig na mahal eh mura ang galing sa sariling gripo. Ngayon nagsulputan ng kabute ang water refilling stations kahit saan ka magpunta.

Iniisip pa ng tao ngayon kung pano i-retail ang oxygen. That way you could have people pay you for breathing air that they need to survive. Alam ko meron nang areosol cans that are sold, for clean fresh air daw. But who would buy them? Ang kailangan yung kusang lalapit sa iyo yung tao para mabuhay at the same time you earn a from it.

Seriously, food business is the way to go. Real estate/build & sell can be great only if you have the right connections and enough capital.
