    Kung ako mag bubukas ako ng car wash. You just need to look for a good location, like sa binondo, walang car wash dito e.

    100-300k for a bar would not be enough siguro kung manila ka.

    kung sa ibang areas ka like Angeles or Subic baka ubra yun, kasi mas mura ang rentals and maraming "bar-resto" clients.
