i have a 4kl lorry. Got it in a package sa 6 wheeler closed van. If i use it 2x a week manila-la union-manila to haul gas. Akin lahat ng expenses basta arrangement is P1.75 per litre ang cut ko talo pa ba ako nun? Do i need permit sa agencies like doe, dti, lto?
