Siebel Configurators
· At least 4 years of solid experience in Siebel 7.0/7.5 (preferably in eFinance)
· At least 5 years in IT
· High proficiency in the use of Siebel Tools is required
· Extensive Siebel scripting experience is a must
· Good knowledge of Actuate reporting
· Expert in Siebel integration using EAI, Siebel Workflow and EIM.
· Knowledgeable in Java, Weblogic and Unix
· Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Siebel Analytics Consultants
· At least 2 years of solid experience in designing and developing Analytics reports and dashboards
· At least 5 years in IT
· Extensive experience in defining Siebel Analytics business model and Datawarehouse Design
· 3 to 5 years of experience in Siebel 7.0/7.5 (preferably in eFinance).
· Knowledgeable in Informatica and other ETL tools
· Good knowledge of database design and datawarehousing
· Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Oracle DBA
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· Have experienced DBA role for Oracle Application Release 11.5.9
· Have experienced Oracle DBA migration tasks -specifically eBSSE single node to multi-node environment
· System Administration for Oracle Application Release 11.5.9 is a plus
· Basic knowledge on Forms and Oracle Reports Deployment in Linux and Windows environment
· Willing to work for extended hours
· Pro-active with minimum supervision is a must
Business Objects Developers
· At least 2 years project experience using BusinessObjects 5.x and WebI 2.x
· Must be fluent in writing Oracle 8i SQL queries
· Solid experience in the area of Data Warehousing
· BO Universe Design using Designer tool
· Capable of writing PL/SQL Scripts
· Must have adequate experience in web development using technologies such as HTML, ASP, XML, XSLT
· Retail Industry experience a preference but not a must
· Technical documentation experience is a plus
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
VB Developers
· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Sales & Marketing or Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking
· Preferred skills: VB6, Crystal Reports, SQL, Stored Procedures, COM/COM+, ADO, Windows DNA, MTS
· Experience in a non-life insurance business, consulting environment, banking/finance, or related industries are an advantage
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Java/J2EE Developers
· Graduates of BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or any related course
· Strong object oriented programming skills with experience with Java, JSPs, XML, OOD and UML
· Preferably with at least 2 years experience in actual application development, analysis, design, construction, and implementation

C# Developers

ABAP Programmers
· Must have at least 2 years experience in ABAP programming
· Experience in Code Inspector an advantage
· Should have strong experience in Reports and Forms.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Should demonstrate good analytical thinking, quick learner and possess good interpersonal skills
QA/Test Analysts
· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Industrial Engineering or any related course.
· Must have at least 2 years experience in software testing/quality assurance using automated tools preferably Mercury Interactive tools (e.g., LoadRunner, WinRunner, Test Director)
· Experience in testing Oracle Financials, Oracle HRMS and Procurement modules.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, fast learner and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Candidates with Oracle Applications (Financials/HRMS/Payroll) experience is also an advantage.
· Willing to working night shifts.
SAP Consultants
· Must have at least 3 years experience in SAP
· Must have experience in configuration, implementation and support
· Preferably with full-cycle implementation experience

Service Support Representatives
· Bachelor’s/College degree in Accountancy preferably CPA or experience with ERP, CRM or an accounting package such as Quickbooks, JDEdwars, Tally etc. Experience with ASP products is a plus
· At least 2-4 years overall experience in call center and/or IT industry/customer care operations
· Willing to work nightshift
Back Office Support
· Candidates must have a Bachelor’s/College degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent. Preferably a CPA
· Has deep understanding of Revenue cycle/concepts
· Has experience in any Accounting Software (i.e. Quickbooks, SAP)
· Extensive experience with ERP systems would be an advantage
Implementors
· Bachelor’s/College degree in any Computer, Engineering, Information Technology or Business related courses
· Have implemented and used ERP equivalent accounting packages (e.g. SAP, Oracle or Great Plaines). CRM/E-commerce product experience for 3-5 years
· Experience in Business Processing, Analysis, Redesign and Re-Engineering
