    Its Prince Plaza II ..rate is between 20K-25K di pa namin napaguusapan. Ok ba security dun?

    studio lang to. 36sqm. Iyun nga iyun medyo mababa. Usually nakikita ko sa ads 35K pataas. Ayaw ko naman iyun mga low end na condo na medyo dirty and delekado like those from Cityland. Sa Columns naman maingay and polluted. Asian Mansions nasa 30K pataas. Maganda kasi location ng Prince Plaza II nasa tapat lang ng Greenbelt. 5 mins walk to Glorietta.

    imho. if you are a little bit choosy and can afford it, why not?
    pero yung friend ko, nag rerent ng condo dyan sa may makati avenue ng 9k/monthly.
