70+ hours/week for 4 weeks then zer0 for the next 4, 4 weeks on/4 weeks off kasi ang work ko.
but 5 days ago they want to transfer me to another rig (the worst in the fleet) where the downtime is astronomical, where i will probably end up working 18+ hour days. they need my "experience, expertise and dedication" daw. ano sila swerte?! ang hanap nila yung hindi magrereklamo sa work load, slave!i said NO. i will be handing in my resignation in 3 weeks time, after i had confirmed my employment with another company.
Normally, 51 hours. Sometimes it could go up to 74 hours per week during bad weather. I don't mind so long as I get paid overtime.
168 hours a week. I'm on call 24/7. Salary? P16,xxx sa PGH without deductibles pa.
Kaya nagiging nurses na ang mga doctor![]()
15 to 17 hours a day 7 days a week. all year round. well except good friday where i have half day off.![]()
105 to 119 or more hours a week
and there are times i just go :mad2: :vader: :eviltongu
oh well. all in a day's work
eto reason why he laughs, this is from his profile>>> "Occupation:
Telecom Engineer $62/hr so shut the hell up!"
$62 x 40 hours/week = $2480/week x 52 weeks = $128,960/year. less federal tax so...
less $24040 (married ka di ba?) plus 28% in excess of $123700, that will be ($128960-$123700 = $5260, x 28% = $1472.80). total federal tax is $25512.80, and hindi pa sama 401k mo dyan and state taxes. net pay is $103447.20. that translates to $49.73/hour after federal taxes. not bad.
but you still need to work 40 hours x 52 weeks per year to earn that dude!
btw, sensya ka na napagtripan ko i-compute sweldo mo, andun sa profile mo kasi. dude! i read your post before you added the "no disrespect" part kasi. so shut the hell up hehehehehe!![]()
40 hours basic and I choose which days I want to work OT which is normally about 12hours at double rate split into 2 days. Before the government changed our OT/Holiday pay scheme we used to be paid triple for holidays and 16 hours for working Sundays regardless of how many hours(up to 8hours) we actually worked (could be 1 minute could be 8 hours). Those were the days, then damned 9/11 happened to screw everything up.![]()
84 hours/ week for 4 weeks then time off diyan sa Pilipinas ng 4 weeks...tapos balik uli dito sa tabi ng Iran...Para kaming preso dito, kaibahan lang sa preso, pag laya namin, mas marami kaming pasalubong,heh,heh,heh...

i work about 60 on a normal week. sometimes if there's a deliverable or a "crisis", or if i have to give up a couple of nights entertaining execs or customers (yes, i count that as work!) i might go 70-75.
2 or 3 weeks a year i might get close to 100, but those are rare.
i laugh at people who feel the need to feed their ego by posting their salary on their internet profile and putting other people down for needing to work more than 4 hours a day. no disrespect.
