I was wondering if there are experienced IT Architects/ Apps. Developers here who might be interested to join my startup (project-based or part-time or full-time). My partner in Atlanta is already firming up his potential clients while I do the same for the skillsbase available for service match-up.

Focus is on J2EE and .NET platform. We're gearing up for RUP/EUP projects.
