i've had a pretty crazy year so far.
real estate: up 80%
401k (retirement fund): up 4%
stocks and mutual funds: down 10% :seeth: (was down as much as 20% earlier in the year)

retirement fund: no idea, i think it just remained the same... btw, this is company paid...
mutual funds: yeah, went down by 10-12%.
life insurance benefits: went up by 8%.
other deposits: went down (really dunno how much)
OT stuff:
benchpress: went up by 20%.
squats: went up by 20%.
other weight lifting activities. went up by 20%. hehehehe.

may 11 till two weeks ago... down... was massacred...
but ngayon im up na ulit...
benchpress: down by 33%. from 245 to 165
other weight lifting activities. down by 30-60%...
