    kinausap ako nang boss ko kanina, dahil 1 year na me nagtatrabaho sa company kaya binigyan niya ako nang 2 offer na kailangan isa lang ang piliin ko.

    1. Dadagan ang suweldo. or
    2. Dagdagan ang leave days ko.

    pahingi naman naman nang opinion nyo dahil 1st time ko maexperience to eh.

    It depends. Will your current daily salary multiplied by the additional leave days exceed the salary increase offered to you?

    Personally, I'll take the salary increase because it increases your worth as opposed to additional leave days as it is just a benefit... assuming the salary increase is significant.

    siyempre sweldo! yun leave naman nasa batas na kung ilan and that's more than enough, unless 2 months idagdag niya

    I agree with everything that digitalron said. Compute mo muna.

    Let's say you will be getting a P1k increase pero yung daily rate mo is 2k, dun na ko sa leave. hehehe.

    Personally, I would take the vacation leave because my leaves are never enough for me.

    dun ako sa pera. pipiliin ko sweldo.

    sa sweldo, para atleast sa lilipatan na company mo kita na kagad kung magkano yung current mo(pero kaya naman dayain to. hehe). saka kung hindi ka naman pala gamit ng leave eh mas ok na sa sweldo. or kung pwede bayaran yung hindi nagamit na leave, compute mo na lang tulad nung isang post.

    Thanks sa advices nyo, oo nga pala sa singapore ako nagwowork kasi. isa pa din iniisip ko na habang lumalaki ang 2 kids tumataas din ang gastos namin sa pinas, school, bayad sa hulugan na bahay, bayad sa car loan, food & other miscellaneous expenses.

    Pero minsan naaisip ko din na kailangan ko din magspend sometime with the family. baka mamaya kasi hindi na ako makilala nang mga anak ko, tsaka hirap din mahomesick.

    dapat kayong mag-asawa ang mag-usap at mag-agree. kung i-insist ni mrs. na dagdag sweldo na lang, eh magduda ka na.... ehehe jok jok jok

    kidding aside... kung sapat naman ang current salary para sa mga expenditures, go for the additional leave (to spend more time with the family, which is very important).

    on the other hand, kung sa palagay mo ay enough naman yung leave mo (regularly nakakabakasyon ka) ang na fo-forsee mo na in the near future baka di na sumapat yung current salary mo for the increasing expenses, go for salary increase.

Which is the best? Dagdag sa suweldo or Dagdag leave pay?
