Salary Standards for I.T. personnel

Are there data sources out there available to the public showing industry salary standards/averages?

Where can I get them? I've been looking at the DOLE website and saw some figures but that is not the exact information I want.

I'm particularly interested on salary standard for I.T. personnel (e.g. I.T. Manager, Sys. Admins, Programmers, Tech. Support)

I want to present a case that I will submit on the next budget meeting and I want to include in their budget the salary upgrade of my personnel.

Average will be okay, it doesn't have to be a very specific amount.
