Planning to put up a mini bar and resto

Magandang araw mga sir/mam hihingi lang po sana ako ng advice kung pano ko sisimulan ang mini bar and grill na balak ko. .ang balak ko po is for now rent muna ng place since limited lang ang budget around 200-250k lang yung place is somewhat chill spot lang tamang inuman at tambayan po.

any suggestions would be welcome po.

Make sure you have ample parking space, good looking waitresses, good food and cold beer. If it is a chill station, have some magazines, good sound system, and an afforadble price.
