parang hindi yata kaya yan ah.. lowest nakita ko in a relatively downscale cityland condo is 13k including the parking slot. medyo mahal din kasi ang parking slot... 2k+ din siguro yun.

Maraming brokers na nagaadvertise niyan. Meron sigurong 10k pero maliit - mga 20-24 sq.m., sa mga Cityland.

masagwa ba loob ng cityland pasong tamo? meron sila naka-advertise na 2 bedroom unfurnished na mga 15K .. ok ba ito?

Meron ako alam 9T kaso studio type (09195259111 look for Bimbo). Along JP Rizal. Dyan ngayon umuupa yung gf ko.

Ang maganda dito free and safe parking, malaki at mataas pa yung gate kaya you can sleep soundly at night. Minsan kasi I sleep over, at ako sa sobrang arte ko sa oto hindi talaga ako mapalagay unless alam ko na safe yung car. Very big factor kasi sa akin yung garage. Hehe.

EDIT: Tsaka brand new pa pala yung building/apartment. Less than a year pa lang yata sya gawa. There still are a few units na hindi pa nauupahan. Malinis na malinis pa and walang mga roaches so far.

It comes with 24/7 h20 of course.

Ok naman dun. 24/7 tubig and relatively safe ang area. Yun nga lang while I was there my friend's car and unit were broken into. Rare occurences pero it happens. Squatter area kasi nasa likod ng compound. BTW, binabaha ang street in front of the compound. I don't know kung ganun pa rin after the MMDA cleaned the canals.

I wouldn't mind staying there again. I'll just make sure that I install deadbolts on my doors and that I park my car in a well-lighted area.

basta pag condo dapat maganda ang view... ok na yan... yung tipong parang nasa aquarium mga neighbors mo... hehehe..
