Best business for any amount of starting capital will be a business you should like doing and have passion for. This is the secret to success. You SHOULD love what you are doing.... otherwise you will only be mediocre at it at best. You may be successfull doing something you don't like but I am pretty sure you will be more successful doing something you have passion for.

So ask yourself "what do I love doing?"... then get creative and find a way to make a decent living out of it. This way, you will be successful both financially and personally.
