pagkain for sure kung tama ang place. yung mga franchising ba me mga alam po ba kayo? coffee shops kaya?

hirap magstart ngayon hitman. ito opinion ko lang.. parang lahat kasi meron na tapos ang competitive pa. been thinking about franchising ever since college kaya lang ang tataas na na rates ng mga ibang food business ngayon e. pero im still thinking about what to put up in the future. as of now, tulong muna ako sa family business.. if you have a piece of land to work on, go for ampalaya plantation. :D

tama si sup. mahirap mag start ng business ngayon. but in case you really have to do it, your products should be original sa market.

i have owned a food franchise two years ago...nalugi din. binenta ko na. mas mataas na kasi yung operational expense (daily) kesa sa monthly ROI eh.

good thing nag quits lang and medyo tumubo lang ng konti during the initial stages of the franchise.

parang eto yung pinaka-ok ah. since maraming pinoy naghihirap, nag-dre-dream sila na baka tumama sila sa lotto...so tataya sila sa iyo...in that way, maski hindi ka tumataya o manalo sa lotto yayaman ka din, kasi sa iyo sila pupunta....
