xox mahilig ako sa autostart. nasa remote lahat ng controls nito, very very easy to use. nakagamit na ako 2 avital brand with auto start (avistart). one way lang ito kaya di mo malalaman kung nastart nga yung car mo. pero long range narin. kaya sa 4th floor ako hanggang ground floor. but he problem is di mo alam kung nastart nga. I suggest you get mannix 2 way na siya para alam mo kung naka on na car mo through the HUGE remote. i use it to warm up in the morning para pagbaba alis na agad. and pag park ako sa open area na mainit i leave the aircon on para pagbalik wala nang init. if you plan to buy very important na long range kasi pag hindi lalapit ka pa para mastart, and kung pwede built in sa alarm yung autostart para my grind protection. it wont start pag naka on na., wag yung ginagamit lang yung extra channel sa remote, malaki risk masobra sa pindot, grind ang starter mo. or minsan naka start na, na press mo autostart uli. grind uli.
    hope this helps.

curious lang ako, sa mga ganitong "auto start" alarm systems what if naiwan mo na nasa gear yung oto (M/T of course) paano na? tuloy pa rin auto-start nito?

some alarms are programmed not to engage the auto start function when the car is in gear. In the us it is prohibited by law to install auto start car alarms on M/T cars.

1way lang, pero in order to engage the auto-start, you have to press the engage button of the alarm's remote for around 2-3 seconds para mag-on yung makina.

reasonable naman yung range ng remote.

ssaloon, and promdiboy, do you need to program the remote before turning the engine off for it to auto-start the next time you use it? kc a shop in banawe told me that for it to auto-start, you must press a button in the remote before you turn off the engine (programming) or else if you don't, it won't auto-start the next time thanks

xox sa mannix 1 time programing lang. nasa remote and button ng on andd off. wala na kailangan gawin kahit ano sa kotse. pag sakay mo switch mo lang to on. then pag patay off lang key switch.
pag sa avital no programming necessary. ganun din ang pag on anddoff. if you dont switch to on position after 10 minutes mamatay siya magisa.

pag nakaautostart ka naka arm parin alarm mo. pag malapit kana sa sa car disarm mo to unlock doors. upon disarm you have 30 secs to switch to on position kundi mamatay engine. security feature yan.

i don't quite get you promdiboy you mean when you park your car, you just turn of your engine by removing the car keys and not having to press anything else in the alarm? what do you mean by one time programming? the programming im referring to is that before you turn off your engine, you have to press something in your alarm then when you remove your key the engine will still be running until you close all doors, you have to do this everytime or else the auto-start won't work the next time. is the mannix or other alarm brands you know like this? thanks

sakin, when you use the auto start feature... tapos papatayin mo na yung engine, pag tinanggal mo susi sa ignition, naka-on par in yung makina. you have to step on the brake pedal for the engine to be turned off.

its more like this..when you park ur car , remove car keys then press arm button..most alarms won't arm itself after you've taken off the key from the ignition. thats why you need to arm it.

IMO about one time programming..they only pre-program the alarm module during installation..in most alarms today you don't need to press something to activate the auto start feature. just press the arm button like you always do and you can activate the start feature anytime you like..

about the " before you turn off your engine, you have to press something in your alarm then when you remove your key the engine will still be running until you close all doors"
    case

--this is an optional feature for turbocharged vehicles A.K.A "turbo timer" wherein you program the alarm to keep the engine running even if the key on the ignition is removed. it will keep on running for 5 minutes or so depending on how long you pre-program it.
just press the arm button like you always do and the alarm will be the one who will turn the engine off for you. HTH

xox pasensya na magulo ba? wala kana pipindutin just remove keys. same lang yung avital and mannix when it comes to autostart. .
what i meant with programing is programing ng installer, after install merong mga features na sineset sila. like kung diesel ka, meron pa heater, bago siiya mag crank hintay muna niya glowplugs.

yung kagaya kay ssaloon pag naka on turbo timer mo di siya mamatay pa (you can enable this on remote). manix meron nito pero avital wala. I'm not familiar with the close all doos bago mag shut down engine. baka ibang brand yung kay benchph. I've only tried avital avistart and mannix.

kung mahilig ka sa mga toys, OK na OK yung mannix.
