Installing GPS software/maps in an SD Card

First of all, apologies to the admin if a live topic exists.

I bought a 2nd hand Isuzu Alterra and the OEM Head Unit that comes with it is GPS-ready/compatible. However, the SD Card for the GPS didn't come with the vehicle. I have Waze and Google Map in my smart phone but I really wanted sana to make full use of the HU and utilize its GPS function. Has anyone tried this? Where to download software and/or maps?

Sir AVT ba HU ng Alterra? Kung oo, kailangan mo bumili ng SD card na preinstalled yung software or hanap ka ng SD card na meron na tapos iclone mo. Pero make sure na yun lang kailangan mo baka kailanganin mo pa ng GPS antenna. Dito dinodownload yun software kung AVT yung HU nakasama sa Alterra: Genuine OEM

Maraming salamat sa replies boss carofsteel and boss dct. I saw instructions sa forum sa isang car group ko and sad to say it didn't work. I guess I have to settle for the alternatives as recommended like cloning or getting one from sir Louie Anson.

Karaniwan ang gps mapa ay preinstalled sa sistema stock radio, kung ikaw lamang ilagay ang bagong mapa sa isang panlabas na sd card, ako ay natatakot hindi ito gagana. Ang mga mas mahusay na paraan ay upang i-update ang buong sistema ng radyo na may bagong mga mapa na gusto mo. By the way, kung nais mong i-upgrade ang tampok ng gps / audio kalidad, Bilang kahalili maaari mong i-upgrade ito sa isang aftermarket radyo gps tulad seicane infotainment system.

Newbie here..asking po sana kung pwede po mag install ng sd card dito, I have a wigo po tas sabi ng agent ko navi ready daw po, pero everytime na pumupunta ako sa navi walang nangyayari, ganito lang ang itsura nia palagi..

I have a 6 month old 2017 D-max. MID unit is a factory-installed (OEM) AVT CNE6959D. I discovered last weekend during a long drive that the Navigation System stopped working. Went to the dealer and discovered the microSD card had been pulled out. The last time I ever had the car cleaned or serviced outside my home was at my Dealership. Now of course they would never claim to have done anything to my microSD card. But it's disappointing that there isn't better after service measures for cases like these. The car is newly bought, the card is definitely missing, I don't get why they can't have it as part of warranty and replace the card.

I am currently in the process of looking for an owner of a similar unit (2015+ D-max or Colorado) to attempt to clone their cards but I don't know if I'll ever find one.

The dealership gave me a price for replacement at 10,000 pesos, and AVT gave me a price of 7,500 pesos; both of which I think are utterly absurd. Does anyone have a solution that's not as costly?
