High wattage H4 bulbs...

Gud day guys, just a newbie here, just wanna ask if you have any feedbacks regarding using an 100/90watt h4 bulb if is true that there's a possibility na mangingitim loob ng headlights mo or kung are there any other cons reg. using this kind of bulbs? Actually i just installed one sa civic 2000 vti narva azurro yung brand. I just thought n baka masyado sya magiging mainit. kakayanin kaya ng headlight cover ko? Nagpainstall n din pala ako ng narva n relay tska mga wirings.

Assuming that ceramic sockets and thicker wiring harness were also installed, it could withstand the heat emitted by the 90/100W bulb and avoid melting. But, yes your lens will be more faster to get dark.

few days ago, I had my car installed too with narva 100/90 h4 all weather bulbs and narva relay kit. I guess we'll just have to observe it

Your reflectors - if made with plastic backing and coated with a shiny film - will also melt. The lens may darken, but the housing may not be able to withstand the increased output for too long.

Kung nagpainstall ka ng wiring, are you sure larger gauge yung ginagamit ng car mo ngayon and it's enough to provide the proper current? If not check them out to see if they're larger/thicker wires than the stock ones.

Maraming puwedeng maapektuhan kung lalakihan ang electrical load, Relays, fuses, wiring, sockets. Worst case scenario, palit ang alternator and battery.

Yes the wire gauges are thicker and the kit comes with a relay switch. German made yung brand so I guess ok nman quality. Tska designed sya for 110/100 bulb (not so sure but smthing close to that...) Actually I did try n stock lng yung wiring b4 ok naman, ala nman nasunog or nagmelt but I opted to install the kit n rin kc sbi nung tech sa shop mas ok daw output ng ilaw pag may wiring and relay kit tska just to be sure n rin cguro. Re the lens, ive been using it for almost a year now ok p naman. Im not so sure about dun sa alternator kung gnun effect nya, cgro ill try asking dun sa caza next time n magppservice ako. Of course added load nga sya dun kc mas malaki kuryente gmit. Tingnan ko kung ano feedback n lng technician...

sir, regarding po sa relay, pag naka.hi beam ba kau ay naka.ilaw pa rin ang low beam? my nabili kc ako na relay, narva ang brand, kaso lng pg naka.hi beam ay naka.ilaw rin at d same time yung low beam.. ang result, pumutok yung bulb ko na blue cap 100/90watts..

mga tsikoteers, ask ko lang nagpalit kasi ako ng h4 bulbs 6 months ago, ang gamit ko now is 110/100w kaso di ako nagpalit ng relay. ano kaya magiging epekto nun sa sasakyan ko? sa ngayon wala naman ako nakikita na problem, di naman nag melt ung socket and yung headlight cover ko. happy new year to all.. tnx!
