A yellow bulb HID, 3000k color temp will produce around 2000-2200 lumens. 100/90w will produce 1500-1800 lumens at best. A 4300k hid bulb will produce around 3200 lumens so this is the sweet spot. Price: 100/90w setup will cost you less than 2k incl the hi power harness. For the HID, a plug and play setup will not only cause safety issues to other motorists but also will not maximize the output of your bulb will cost 3-5k.
