again, as a newbie.. im attracted to non-stock items.. nagpalit ako ng headlight ala-bmw angel eyes (blue) para sa aking pizza pie.. problema, madalas mapundi yung right bulb ko! was it because of a dodgy bulb? pwede ba yung maliwanag na white light dun? di kaya matunaw yung bilog na lights pag masyadong mataas na wattage (i saw a similar kind para sa honda civic 95, natunaw yung bilog, sayang)? ganda lang tingnan, di ko naman malagyan ng maliwanag na lights! any suggestions? (please dont tell me to go back to stock headlights).

    thanks.

nahawakan ba yung bulb mismo? dapat sa paa lang hawak nun.
the oil and sweat sa hands mo ang cause kaya mabilis yan mapundi (usually).

no experience kung natutunaw ba yung rim nung angel eyes pag higher wattage.

nangyari din sa akin yan, kaya lang sa park lights, after two days magpalit, ayun...pundido na naman.

ang culprit? as what artpogi posted here din, is the quality of the bulbs mismo. when i changed the bulb from yung mga multi-colored japanese bulbs to a stock bosch all weather bulb, hindi na sya napundi.

imho, baka nasa incompatible yung ampere ng bulb sa plug. minsan kasi, yung plug can only handle a certain ampere value, tapos yung bulb, masyadong mataas.

a suggestion is to upgrade the wiring harness going to your headlights, kung gusto mo ng higher wattage.

oops.. been out of the net for several days.. ayun super white bulbs nga ang nakuha ko.. silly me.. palit na lang ako ulit.. i got an H1 Philips 5000k na 55w. whatever that is! parang walang lakas eh.. mas maliwanag pa yung ordinary bulbs... any brands you recommend? di naman ata pwede ang 100w kasi baka matunaw yung plastic na cover ng headlights ko.

mgbrillo, check mo na lang muna kung hiyang ka. sayang naman kung papalitan mo agad.
