how do i clean yellow/lightbrown dirt on white car

Guys my brother got his brand new car just a month ago, white color. recently i noticed yellowish/light brown spots sa side/body ng car niya, ang dami. Sa doors and other parts na malapit sa tires. i tried cleaning it pero ayaw matanggal. di naman asphalt kc ayaw rin matanggal ng gas, yun ba ang road tar/grime/swirls? so paano ko kaya remove yun? pls help! hirap pala linisin ng white

ibalik sa dealer! under warranty pa yan, baka may problems yan deeper than the paint.

Malamang that's silicon from poor quality tire black. Buy a can of 3M Adhesive, Wax and Tar Remover and work on it little by little... Avoid those cheapo tire blacks, especially if you have a white car...
